- Create and improve standardized workflows across multiple site locations
- Effectively communicate and lead change in a matrix organization
- Teach, coach, present and facilitate at all levels of the organization from the individual practice level to executive leadership
- Successfully lead cross-functional teams

Pay Range:
- TBA per year
- Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
