What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Front Office Operations position at PT Solutions?
As a Regional Director of Front Office Operations, you will lead and direct all operational components related to front office functions within each clinical point of service for PT Solutions for a designated region. General areas of oversight include but not limited to workflow design / redesign, process standardization, accountability, structure development, training, root cause analysis, oversight of practice management as it relates to patient intake, insurance verification, patient communications, patient satisfaction, over the counter collections, referral tracking and team development. This role will act as the key advocate and business leader for all functions related to the front desk working with all relevant associated departments as necessary for their region.
