Job Summary:
Operator is responsible for setting up and drifting/Beveling each piece of pipe, insuring that drift travels the full length of every tube, operator is also responsible for keeping line moving in auto mode.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Constantly monitor for any defects and report them to supervisor or team lead.
- Do daily checks on the drift, and check calibration on all measuring devices, document findings daily and turn in to supervisor.
- Perform any and all checklist as required.
- Direct and assist in roll changes and set ups.
- Assist in minor maintenance repairs.
- Fill out necessary log sheets.
- Turn in required repair lists.
- Keep work area and equipment clean.
- Maintain safe working conditions.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Education: High School or equivalent
Years of Experience: manufacturing experience is a plus.

Forklift certified, crane certified is a plus
