We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing FSC to align with business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ, requiring on-site presence five days a week to facilitate close teamwork and dynamic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities? Administration & Maintenance: Manage and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
? Customization & Enhancements: Develop and deploy custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and Lightning components to optimize business processes.
? Data Management: Oversee data integrity, imports, deduplication, and record management to ensure a high level of accuracy and compliance.
? Integration & APIs: Support and maintain integrations between FSC and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
? Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and customer engagement.
? User Training & Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to enhance adoption and efficiency.
? Compliance & Security: Ensure the system complies with financial regulations, data protection laws, and internal security policies.
? Process Improvement: Collaborate with product owners to identify system gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and end-user experience.
Qualifications & Skills? Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
? Certifications:
? Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
? Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (Preferred but not required)
? Salesforce Advanced Administrator or related certifications (Preferred but not required)
? Technical Skills:
? Strong past experience with Salesforce FSC, Lightning Experience, Flow, and Apex.
? Understanding of security models, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and data encryption.
? Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, and third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
? Soft Skills:

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
