Job Description:
- Administration & Maintenance: Manage and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customization & Enhancements: Develop and deploy custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and Lightning components to optimize business processes
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, imports, deduplication, and record management to ensure a high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Integration & APIs: Support and maintain integrations between FSC and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and customer engagement.
- User Training & Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to enhance adoption and efficiency.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the system complies with financial regulations, data protection laws, and internal security policies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with product owners to identify system gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and end-user experience.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (Preferred but not required)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or related certifications (Preferred but not required)
- Strong past experience with Salesforce FSC, Lightning Experience, Flow, and Apex.
- Understanding of security models, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and data encryption.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, and third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
