Video Conference Support:
Pay Range: $30 - $40
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. - Application Support II
Video Conference Support:
- Conduct room checks for conferences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, including sound and other technical checks.
- Support video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and event-related tech setups.
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems, including Zoom Rooms and Hub TVs.
- Facilitate meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Work with AV vendors and manage equipment such as Exitrons.
- Oversee network basics and ensure AV systems are functioning.
- AV (Audio-Visual) Expertise: Experience with AV equipment and systems.
- Zoom & Conference Technologies: Knowledge of Zoom Rooms and video conference tech.
- Ethical Support: Experience with providing ethical and reliable tech support.
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network basics.
- Live Event Experience: Experience with live events and supporting their technical needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Equipment: Familiarity with equipment like Exitrons and collaborating with AV vendors.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, Flexible)
- Duration: Until 12/31/2025
- Event/Support Role: Support for VP, including managing and configuring Zoom, Teams, and Hub TV systems for events and meetings.
- 2 rounds with Hiring Manager (HM).
- Panel interview.
