Candidate will need to have:
Pay Range: $38 - $40hr on w2

- In this role, candidate will be supporting Client Business Markets FP&A.
- This position will support sales quota and compensation strategy.
- You are considered a critical partner to the Sales organization and a driver of business performance.
- Candidate will become involved in, but not limited to, quota modeling, scenario analysis, and sales incentive effectiveness analysis.
- You can have a direct impact on the business by helping executive level Sales leaders drive top line growth.
- Building and assessing alternative quota zone models
- Analyzing impacts to sales rep payouts
- Providing support for sales compensation strategy projects
- Evaluating complex business performance issues and serving as a functional specialist providing strategic guidance and insight to driving profitable growth
- Assessing the impact of strategic financial decisions and presenting recommendations to leadership
Candidate will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, including scenario/"what-if" analysis
- Attention to detail
- Experience supporting a Sales organization and with Quota setting/modeling
- Proficiency in SQL with an understanding of report query and design
- Strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations
