Role Details :
Job Title : Customer Service Representative – Wire Transfers Support
Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate : $20-24 / hr. only on W2
Employment Type : [Contract]
Work Mode : Hybrid – 3 days in office (typically Tuesday–Thursday)
What You’ll Do :
Handle 40-60 calls per day related to wire transfers, wire compliance, and customer service , including domestic and international transactions.
Respond to inquiries about wire fee cases , beneficiary amending instructions , fraud wires , and complaints .
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide professional, high-quality customer service and support.
Participate in comprehensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of processes and systems.
Required Qualifications :
6 months of experience in Customer Service , Financial Services , or a Contact Center , or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
Knowledge of wire transfers (domestic and international) and compliance procedures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-call volumes efficiently.
Proficiency in following policies and procedures to resolve customer inquiries.
Additional Details :
Comprehensive 4–6-week training program to ensure success in the role.
