Direct Client
Title – Administrative Assistant Senior | Executive Assistant
Location: 347 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville FL
Duration: 6 months with possible of extensions
Pay Rate - $28/hr on W2
2 rounds at the max but preferring - in-person interviews. (ASAP)
3 days onsite role per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) but will be supporting remote executives.
Will be reporting to head of EA (HM) (The team under this reporting manager has total 36 EAs handling 100 Executives across the globe)
Open for candidates who has high school diplomas.
Open for any Domain experience
Admin assistant role. Looking for someone around 5 years of experience.
Support Executives, Client Facing executives,
Need someone who can handle internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Calendars/ meetings.
Great Communications to handle executives and Stakeholders.
Manage invoices/Expense reports and other admin duties.

• Overtime (Y/N): OT Eligible
Salary : $25 - $28
