Job Description:
- We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our team in Red Lion, PA.
- As the first point of contact for our company, you will handle phone support, greet visitors, and provide general administrative assistance.
- This role supports daily office operations for a global provider of next-generation solutions in raised access flooring, structural ceilings, and data center containment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors and employees.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Assist with office organization and supply management.
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $24/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
