Job Description:
- Process Assistant II
- Under direct oversight, this role performs a variety of routine clerical tasks that support the client's Outdoor Lighting Operational processes.
- Examples of tasks include compiling data from various sources and forms, verification of work request billing, updating the client's customer lighting account information, contacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies, performing updates and other tasks for lighting projects in the client’s Work Management and Trouble Reporting system, submitting daily contractor work locations to local government customers, and contacting the client's customers to facilitate physical access to the client's lighting facilities for repairs.
- On-the-job training for the client's systems, training for work procedures, and overall guidance for assigned tasks will be provided by the client.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient personal computer skills, strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High School Graduate (minimum)
- Length of assignment: 6 months, with potential to extend
- Local candidate, in person with potential for hybrid schedule in future (3-2 hybrid).
- What schedule is the candidate required to work? Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Eligible candidates will be reviewed, interviews scheduled, interviews conducted, and hiring decision made consistent with a potential contract start date of 3/1/2025.
