Job Title: Creative Traffic Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Traffic Manager to support our Platform and Creative Teams. As a Creative Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the flow of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires exceptional communication skills, project management expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Traffic Management: Serve as a central point of contact for all Platform and creative projects, managing the workflow and assigning tasks to appropriate team members to ensure timely completion. Collaborate closely with the creative team, including lead, designers, copywriters, our Sr. Program Manager, and other stakeholders, to manage availability, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and flagging potential delays or bottlenecks to mitigate risks.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with creative lead to allocate resources effectively, including assigning staff, managing resources, and overseeing workload distribution.
Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among team members, providing regular updates on project status, priorities, and changes in scope.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs associated with materials, resources, and external vendors to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, milestones, approvals, and revisions, to facilitate smooth project handoffs and future reference.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project/traffic management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with clients.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana. Experience with Slack is a plus, but not a requirement.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Knowledge of creative processes and best practices in design, copywriting, and production.

Pay Range: $50 - $55
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
