Job Summary:
PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Manager to oversee the management and administration of contracts at construction or project sites. This role involves working with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that all contracts are executed properly and according to legal and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for construction, procurement, and services
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Identify potential risks related to contract execution and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor contract budgets and approve expenditures
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and approvals
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to align contract strategies with project goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in contract management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, law, or a related field
- Prior experience in biomass, renewable energy, or heavy industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, procurement procedures, and risk management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
