We are looking for a detail-oriented Outage Sequencing & Constructability Group Member to join our team. This role will support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of outage phases, ensuring that each phase is executed efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the Outage Sequencing & Constructability Lead and Manager to ensure maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects are completed on time while minimizing downtime and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities :
Outage Sequencing : Plan and structure the various phases of an outage, ensuring they align with practical constructability principles.
Constructability Assessments : Assess the practicality and feasibility of each outage phase, identifying potential issues early on.
Resource Management : Assist in the effective allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure each phase is executed efficiently.
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure outage sequencing fits seamlessly within project timelines and operational needs.
Progress Monitoring : Track the progress of outages, identifying any potential delays or obstacles and proactively addressing them.
Documentation : Assist in maintaining thorough records related to outage sequencing and constructability evaluations.
Safety Compliance : Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are adhered to throughout the planning and execution process.
Qualifications :
Education : Associate’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or 5-10 years of related experience without a degree.
Experience : Prior experience with outage sequencing and construction processes, specifically in System Operations or Construction Management.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of constructability principles and effective resource management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with scheduling and project management software is an advantage.
Other : Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute positively to a team environment.
