The National Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team across all Health and Safety product lines. This individual will continually look for emerging technologies in the Health and Safety industries that will enhance the product offer.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to sales associates regarding Health and Safety.
- Searches for emerging technologies in the industry that will enhance the product offering.
- Determine new technology fit with existing product line.
- Look for opportunities to expand product offerings.
- Develop strategic product plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regional travel required some overnights.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
- 5 years of experience in the Health and Safety industry.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Track record of managing a category across divisions/companies.
- Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Operate a computer.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
- Standing, sitting, bending, twisting occasionally.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
