Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a warehouse associate at PTW Wholesale in Portland, OR. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, organizing the warehouse, and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. Warehouse associates are an essential part of The PTW Wholesale network. They load and unload trucks, & move material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. They safely operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products. These positions include General Warehouse Associate and General Warehouse Associate Lead.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Warehouse associates are an essential part of The PTW Wholesale network
• They load and unload trucks, move material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating forklifts, Grabbers, & Order Pickers, or other material handling equipment.
• They safely operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products
• These positions include General Warehouse Associate and General Warehouse lead

Responsibilities:

• Pull orders with the order picker
• Load/ Unload trucks
• Inventory control tasks
• Sit-down grabber operation

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
