Requirements
- Restock office and kitchen supplies
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
- Manage the office’s processes for invoice payments and tracking in accordance with Side’s guidelines
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external suppliers
- Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
- Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Requirements and skills
- 1-2 years' experience as an Office Administrator/Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong utilization experience with Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and time management skills
- Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
- Strong personal integrity and can effectively manage confidential information
- Cost conscious and motivated to continuously reduce inefficiency
