The Regional HR Director is responsible for leading and implementing human resources strategies across the designated region supporting our teams in Montreal, Sao Paulo and the US You will also have operational HR responsibility for our Charleston studio. You will be the main point of contact for driving global compensation and benefits initiatives, supporting the other regions to deliver these initiatives locally. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local and international labour laws and regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Regional VP Operations and local leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness on both regional and global levels.

- Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with corporate objectives and address local market needs
- Act as a strategic partner to regional and global leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organisational design

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the region
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals and employee development
- Global Engagement and Culture
- Collaborate with global HR teams to develop and implement engagement strategies that resonate across diverse regions and cultures

- Serve as a global advocate for employees, addressing concerns and promoting open communication across borders

- Manage and mitigate HR-related risks, including handling employee relations matters and investigations
- Compensation and Benefits
- Collaborate with global HR teams to develop and implement engagement strategies that resonate across diverse regions and cultures
- Collaborate with corporate HR and finance teams to manage regional and global compensation and benefits programmes
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures, including executive renumeration, globally and locally
- Change Management
- Lead HR aspects of organisational changes, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts
- Provide guidance and support during periods of transformation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- HR Metrics and Reporting
- Analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programmes and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports for regional and corporate leadership
- Team Leadership
- Lead the local HR, Recruitment and L&D teams in Charleston, to ensure the delivery of a quality service to our stakeholders
- Lead the Americas HR teams to ensure a consistent delivery of quality service across all studios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or countries
- Demonstrated expertise in global employee compensation and benefits strategies, with focus on executive renumeration
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices on both local and regional levels
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
