Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering an outstanding experience to our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
-Bartending shifts 2-3 times a week.
Requirements
- Experience in food service management within a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending, drinks, and drink creation.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or as an assistant manager is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
