Participate in weekly reflection and mentoring meetings with pastor. Complete any assignments agreed upon in mentoring meetings (readings, written reflections, experiential learning).Engage in other pastoral tasks as determined in discussion with the pastor and personnel committee. Complete a significant project to be determined in conversation with the pastor and church leadership. Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
