Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Utilize Google software for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and conflict management skills.
- Oversee property maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management.
- Maintain accurate records related to tenant leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support related to real estate operations, including documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, and sales preferred.
- Familiarity with Section 8 regulations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on asset management and contract compliance.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for property inspections and meetings.
