Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef/Catering Lead to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and possess experience in the kitchen environment.
Duties:
-Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and marinating
- Collaborate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to ensure timely and high-quality meal preparation
-Collaborate with the Head Chef on Menu creation for Events & Pop Ups
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
-Work Pop-Ups & Events both at Public School House and Oak Street Inn & Lounge with the Catering Staff
Skills:
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proficient in knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Familiarity with Catering Events
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced culinary setting
-Scheduling Catering Events & Pop Ups
