Job Responsibilities :
- Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests have a great experience
- Problem solving and following the "LAST" (listen, apologize, solve, thank) mind set to handle guest concerns
- Following all health and safety protocols, and being "health department ready" at all times
- Completing sidework and running side work throughout the shift to set the team up for success
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
- Enhance the guest experience by providing elevated service including a menu tour, upselling beverages, appetizers, and dessert
- Practice proper table maintenance and work with a sense of urgency
- Gain a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
