About the Job:
The Corporate Programs Engineer is a key role in PSEG's Nuclear Operations organization, responsible for maintaining Governance and Oversight of assigned Programs for the Salem and Hope Creek Stations. This includes overseeing Valve Calculations, Technical Evaluations, and program documentation, as well as mentoring other engineers and participating in industry leadership activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need a BS Degree in Engineering or a similar technical degree, plus 15 years' experience with the design, operations, and/or maintenance of large valves in nuclear power or a related industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the ability to support shift work during plant outages and emergent situations.
