Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager will provide office support for all aspects of the Delaware County (DELCO) Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- The individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Applicants should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Work, Excel, Publisher, Etc.).
- Should have the ability to work well with others, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Computer knowledge is necessary (Specifically Microsoft Office), specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Some understanding of insurance and third party billing helpful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and able to learn other applications and EHRs
Must be able to work evening hours between 2pm-8pm, M-F and occasional Saturdays
Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage.
