This position offers comprehensive support to Family Expectations’ participants and staff, ensuring the safe and accurate collection and entry of essential program and participant data.

This position offers comprehensive support to Family Expectations’ participants and staff, ensuring the safe and accurate collection and entry of essential program and participant data.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and confidentiality of Family Expectations participants and their families.
- Welcome and assist all visitors, directing them to the appropriate areas or staff.
- Accurately enter program and participation data into various data management systems.
- Manage participant payment cards and reimbursements, including issuing, tracking, and reconciling transactions through the participant payment portal.
- Coordinate transportation assistance by scheduling rides, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with transportation providers.
- Oversee the distribution, tracking, and reconciliation of program incentives & supports.
- Administer participant surveys as needed, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage Crib accounts, including maintaining cards and tracking participant balances and purchases.
- Provide on-site support to the Workshop Manager, Educators, staff, and participants during program workshops.
- Perform general office tasks and fulfill additional duties as assigned to support program operations.
