Overview
The Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for campaign management activities such as set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation for a specific client. The Analyst is also responsible for helping identify and implementing optimizations as approved by the manager and client.
The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven, collaborative, who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing landscape. They will have some hands-on experience in executing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok with the highest level of accuracy with additional experience in Snapchat, Pinterest Twitter, LinkedIn and Reddit being preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. paid social, auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently and in support of Managers
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to agency best practices
- Manage campaign budgets Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client account
- Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
- Traffic campaigns into technology platforms
- Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
- Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in paid social bid management, paid social campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading Social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Digital media operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
- Experience with mainstream paid social ads platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
