Overview
As a key member of Publicis Groupe’s National Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will operate within a matrixed business and technology ecosystem to support our recruiting strategy in partnership with agency Talent Acquisition Leads within the U.S., and Operations leadership globally. Your remit will be dedicated to generating reports, consulting with stakeholders, and maintaining data hygiene in our Talent Acquisition tools.

This role requires a candidate that is flexible, resourceful, and enjoys investigating to obtain solutions. We are looking for someone proactive who is comfortable receiving ambiguous requests, can validate needs, and will leverage existing and new resources to determine the best fulfillment methodology without explicit instructions. You should be adaptable, able to shift between tasks that require deep focus independently and those requiring collaboration with the team.
You must love Excel, data visualization, and data storytelling. This role partners with colleagues who contribute process expertise, but require support measuring and visualizing the impact of their efforts and initiatives. Beyond exercising your analytical side, you must be able to discuss your logic in a digestible way. This requires a customer-service approach with stakeholders, exhibiting patience and knowledge while teaching complex functionality.
Accuracy is paramount. This is a role that necessitates careful review of deliverables and a high level of personal accountability. You understand the gravity of data interpretation and its impact on business decisions. Instructions and requirements are followed with precision. This person should take pride in delivering quality work products, earning credibility and trust from stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage custom reporting request intake and delivery calendar for the Talent Acquisition Operations team
- Maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and support data-driven decision-making processes
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Talent Acquisition
- Perform independently-driven analyses to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Develop reporting templates, calculation logic, and KPI widgets to track performance of initiatives, systems, and processes
- Champion established, standardized data tracking processes across agencies to ensure data parameter alignment and to sustain a unified reporting methodology that scales across a complex and matrixed business
- Consult with TA Leads on data insights and reporting optimizations to capture evolving needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Resource Management, and business leaders, to collect, audit, prepare, interpret, and distribute data and reporting deliverables.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail mandatory
- Excel and data management skills, including the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to seek solutions and clarity when confronted with ambiguity
- Willingness to self-educate to advance technical skills
- Ability to think in a formulaic manner to understand and explain reporting and process logic
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, considering the implications beyond the technical generation of reports; thinking critically about deliverables and detecting errors based on context
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly
- A track record of personal accountability, proactivity, and a solid work ethic
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage both independent and group deliverables on a pre-determined schedule
- Understanding of recruitment and staffing processes ideal
- Experience using iCIMS a plus, especially ATS Search and Dashboard, CRM Analytics features
- Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools a plus

Compensation Range: $50-$60/ hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
