ABOUT THE ROLE
APEX is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of PMX Lift products. To accommodate increased demand and activate campaigns in a timely manner, APEX is seeking a Director to join our growing Investment team.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, ever-evolving ATV landscape, you will benefit from high visibility with APEX and PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands, and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a proven track record for planning campaigns in collaboration with clients and media vendors, comfortability in a marketplace-and-agency facing role, expertise in the advanced TV and video ecosystems, and experience with audience-based buying.
You will report to the Vice President, APEX Lift.

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic planning of Lift campaigns, including:
- Collaborate with Audience Enablement team to identify, define, and size strategic audiences
- Request and review proposals from vendors
- Determine strategic allocation of budgets based on client goals and audiences
- Share recommendations with agency teams, including tactical approach and strategic rationale for each campaign
- Partner with Activation team to ensure successful launch and pacing of campaigns
- Work with Analytics team to set up campaign measurement, QA post campaign reports, and generate actionable insights
- Develop and/or maintain positive relationships between all internal and external parties that touch PMX Lift
- Identify areas for opportunity to improve upon current procedures
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- 7-9 years of experience with advanced knowledge of media is critical for success in this role
- Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting and/or Media Client Side
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office Suite (must be proficient in Excel)
- Strong media financial acumen is mandatory
- Business financial acumen is preferred
