Overview
Coordinate content production (writing, editing, translating or transcreating) and proofreading across various content types and assets.
Ensure consistency and quality of prepared content.
Cooperate closely with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments, and clients.
Use project management tools to manage language projects, plan and distribute work among freelancers.
Participate in client calls.
Onboard new freelancers when needed.
Provide feedback to the freelancers when necessary.
Support other coordinators if needed.
Responsibilities
Demonstrable C1 level of English and proficiency in either Spanish, German, French, or Italian.
Experience working in a translation agency and / or experience in translation coordination or project management.
Previous experience working with pharma clients is a plus.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and work under tight deadlines.
Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all).
Familiarity with CAT tools.
Attention to detail, patience.
Good organizational skills.
Great communication skills when working with a remote team.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of interdisciplinary and international team.
Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
