Responsibilities
- Engage with leads through dynamic live sales calls via phone and Zoom, selling with relentless enthusiasm and a desire to win
- Create a culture of continuous improvement where teams are motivated and coached for success
- Provide guidance and support to team members when they run into roadblocks
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to support setting sales goals and targets for the team
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by embodying the values and behaviors expected of the sales team, leading by example, and being a role model of Publishing.com's core values
- Participate in onboarding and training new team members
- Develop and implement new and fresh sales strategies and processes
- 100% of your team of 4-6 Closers is closing deals at a minimum rate of 50%, show rate of 93%, and offer rate of 97%
- Maximum ROI is optimized via consistent call monitoring, noting call volume and logistics, as well as overall team performance
- 2 years of remote, high ticket offer sales experience and a proven history of meeting and exceeding substantial sales objectives and closing deals
- 1 years of experience leading a team in the high ticket sales space
- Track record of managing winning teams that close at a 50% or higher rate
- Demonstrated ability to use data to identify trends, understand opportunities, and propose solutions
- Highly motivated, positive, and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make good decisions quickly and independently, but still coachable and receptive to feedback
- A genuine passion for contributing to the success of Publishing.com and its students
- Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack
