Role
Highland Park Stables is hiring a setter/closer. This role is a key leader and plays a critical role in our organization's success. The Setter/Closer is responsible for working leads who are interested in joining a horseback riding program, setting up intro lessons for potential clients, continuing touch points leading up to their lesson date, and closing them after their first lesson with us. This individual is responsible for achieving sales targets and generating revenue, transforming the overall goals and plans developed by the executive team into measurable results.
A successful Setter/Closer will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They will reach KPI goals & quotas, analyze data, and improve their sales process.
Responsibilities
- Working leads consistently and booking intro lesson appointments.
- Track KPI metrics and report them to the executive team, ensuring they are meeting their quotas.
- Grow and meet revenue growth objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
- Surpass the current sales performance.
- Current Closing KPI (66% Close Rate)
- Have a mindset of WINNING over everything
Results
- Regular reports on bookings and closings that are submitted to the Executive Team.
- Perform at or above standard.
- Meets their quota.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience setting and selling a B to C business.
- Experience stepping into a business and growing it.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
- Willing to work weekends as needed
