About the Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be pivotal in advancing an ambitious, proprietary generative AI application developing tools to help people write, publish, and sell books with AI. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge solutions in multimodal generative AI while collaborating with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, marketing, and design. Responsibilities
- Design and implement content generation pipelines for the self-publishing industry
- Collaborate with software and data engineers to organize, collect, and process large amounts of data
- Design and implement NLU and CV algorithms using deep learning and other ML techniques
- Work with the product team to propose and define metrics and KPIs for ML pipelines
- Conduct scientific experiments to optimize the performance of the ML pipelines
- Implement scalable solutions to enhance generative pipelines using techniques like prompt optimization and RLHF
Results
Requirements
Technical Expertise : 5 years of professional software engineering experience and 2 years of professional machine learning engineering experience, including hands-on work with NLU, NLP, and generative AI models; a degree in computer science or equivalent is highly preferred
Expected Compensation
150,000 - $200,000 USD Annually Bonus
