Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/ entertainer to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, with a strong focus on guest relations and satisfaction. As a entertainer, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed with a smile on your face and twinkle in your eye.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Experience
- Experience in Serving/ entertainer or in a customer service is required.
- Familiarity with POS or Toast systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary basics is beneficial.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
