What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief of Operations and Engineering Leadership position at PUD No. 2 of Pacific County?
At PUD No. 2 of Pacific County, we are seeking a seasoned Chief of Engineering and Operations to spearhead our Engineering and Operations departments. As the successful candidate, you will design and oversee engineering projects that cover substation, transmission, and distribution systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in utility electrical distribution, transmission, and substation engineering. Five years of supervisory experience is also required. Additionally, a Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) License or the ability to obtain it within 180 days if licensed in another state, as well as a valid Washington State driver's license with an acceptable driving record, are necessary qualifications.
We offer a competitive monthly salary range of $14,190 to $18,619, depending on experience. Our work week is Monday through Thursday, 7am to 6pm. The supervisor for this role is the General Manager.
