Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Duties

• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during customer transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain phone etiquette while assisting customers over the phone, providing information about products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
• Engage in selling techniques to promote products and services effectively.
• Handle cash responsibly, ensuring proper cash management procedures are followed.
• Apply retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
