Responsibilities:

• Act as the sole IT support person for 30 employees across three buildings and remote staff, providing quick and effective solutions to technical issues.
• Maintain and optimize IT systems, including network setup, internet connectivity, access points, and CCTV systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and manage audio and video equipment for conference rooms, ensuring smooth virtual meetings.
• Provide user-friendly explanations and troubleshooting for employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proactively stay updated on new features in tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Asana, and Google Workspace, and share relevant updates with teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve cybersecurity awareness, including phishing prevention training and security protocol updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure all systems are well-documented and regularly reviewed.
• Demonstrate a self-driven approach by identifying areas for improvement and offering innovative solutions across departments.
• Track, maintain, and request for procurement of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network equipment, to ensure all employees have reliable and up-to-date devices and tools.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, with proficiency in managing networks, internet setups, and access points.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with conference room audio and video setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and phishing prevention.

Beneficial Skills:

• Google IT certifications or similar.
• Experience with warehouse IT operations (e.g., scanners, label printers).
• Skills in managing CCTV systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of remote collaboration tools and troubleshooting for hybrid work environments.
