Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support accounting functions including account reconciliation and analysis
- Utilize accounting software for various tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of tax procedures
- Familiarity with Sage or QuickBooks software
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Ability to perform general ledger accounting tasks

Pay: $20.47 - $30.00 per hour
