Job Overview

Duties
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
- Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings as required.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, experience with Appfolio a plus
- Familiarity with financial concepts and tax regulations.
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
