Job Description
This is a part to full time opportunity for a Sales Consultant at Puget Sound ADU Builders. This 1099 commission-based position offers unlimited income potential.
As our valued ADU Specialist / Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for closing company generated leads and self-generating leads to sell tiny homes to (1) families who need a solution for aging parents and/or adult children while also increasing their property value (2) investors who need to increase their net worth with rental income or condoization investment opportunities (3) homeowners who need a tiny home for work, hobbies or extra space (4) right-sizers who need to live simply and affordably and (5) other customers who can achieve their goals with a Puget Sound ADU.
Your daily activities will include identifying potential customers through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals and other lead generation sources, setting and attending self-generated in-home appointments, attending pre-qualified in-home appointments set by our appointment setter, determining the feasibility of building an ADU/backyard home on homeowner's lot, customizing presentations with our easy to use software platform, implementing a structured sales process to close sales, creating customized quotes and contracts with our software platform, while providing a white glove customer experience from contract to completion of the tiny home.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related sales field such as in-home services, renovation sales, new home sales, real estate sales, etc.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Open to coaching and feedback and trying new techniques to close more sales and earn more income
- Ability and willingness to follow a proven structured sales process to increase sales and conversion
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to sell value and maintain profit
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule and ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to close sales in customer's homes
- Bonus if you have construction experience
