Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is a Medicare-certified, 4.5 Star Rating agency serving Pierce County that is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse.
What do we require of you?
- Must meet requirements of 484.115 Condition of participation : Personnel qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program
- Three years of nursing experience preferred
- Currently a licensed LPN or LVN in Washington
- Possesses and maintains current CPR / BLS certification from AHA
