Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, development, and retention.
- Manage and carry out payroll activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare industry regulations.
- Partner with leadership for strategic HR planning and workforce development.
- Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and integrity.
- Conduct investigations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and core values.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including payroll and benefits.
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives.
- Oversee office personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
- 2-3 years of HR experience required, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
