Human Resources Manager

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our world-class staff. We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, development, and retention.
• Manage and carry out payroll activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare industry regulations.
• Partner with leadership for strategic HR planning and workforce development.
• Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and integrity.
• Conduct investigations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and core values.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including payroll and benefits.
• Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives.
• Oversee office personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
• 2-3 years of HR experience required, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
