We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Director to lead HR initiatives and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This leadership role demands a visionary who can collaborate with executives to shape the company's human capital strategy. Currently, this is an individual contributor role, but as the company continues to grow, you will hire and develop as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or Certification preferred
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legal compliance, and employee relations
- Knowledgeable and experienced in HCM technology
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
