EMS Education Coordinator

Overview
The EMS Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience for Nurse, Paramedic & EMT's within our organization. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs with consultation from the Medical Director for all EMS personnel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for EMS education, experience working with EMS personnel, and a strong background in Healthcare Management.

Duties

• Performs administrative, educational, clinical and research functions in support of the EMS programs as needed to facilitate the effective delivery of pre-hospital medical care to the community.
• Performs chart audits and build quality improvement programs to enhance documentation and further build upon the skills of the employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A Degree in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field is desired; however, equivalent industry experience may substitute
• Background in higher education teaching or education administration is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using educational technology and software to enhance learning experiences.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
