We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong work ethic. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality lawn care solutions.

Duties

• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting new grass, flowers, or shrubs.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration and growth.
• Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Landscape properties by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including digging, planting, and maintenance.
• Operate equipment safely for snow plowing during winter months as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and lawn care equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
