- Setup and operate CNC and NC machines, including conventional machines, to perform turning, drilling, tapping, milling, and other machining operations.
- Operate machines such as single spindle and multi-spindle drill presses, milling machines, and parts washers.
- Refer to assembly drawings and blueprints to maintain tolerances.
- Set machine controls, input manual data, and adjust tools as needed.
- Check first-piece quality using gauges, visually inspect parts, and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain material flow, load/unload parts, and operate a fork truck when necessary.
- Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Minimum two (2) years of previous CNC machine setup and operation experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, charts, and tables.
- Located within a 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY.
- 3 years of experience with NC & CNC machine setup and operation.
- Fork truck experience is preferred.
- No relocation benefits are offered, and only candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered.
- Active-duty military service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Full-time role with a competitive compensation package.
