Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Genesys certification preferred
- Collaboration with change manager and solution architects
- Genesys Network telecom
- Call Centre architecture
- Telephony experience is needed
- Proven experience working with Genesys contact centre solutions
- Genesys migration and integration working with SME s offshore together with internal stakeholders in multiple geographies
