What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Scheduler position at Pulmonary Associates?
Busy Pulmonary Clinic looking for Full-Time Medical Scheduler. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, dependable, ability to multi-task, have excellent customer service skills, and works well in a team environment. Prior Front Office work in a Medical Office is a plus. Duties include:
- Receiving and working new patient referrals
- Managing the clinic schedule and ensuring New Patients are getting scheduled in a timely manner
- Receiving and working Medical Records
- Calling patients daily to remind them of their upcoming appointments
- Helping check out patients from time to time
- Other duties as assigned
