Who We Are
Pulpmill Services, Inc. (PSI) primary business is the manufacturing, installation, repair and refurbishing of pulping equipment, diversifying into industrial general construction including concrete, structural steel, piping and mechanical projects. PSI is a full-service fabrication, welding, and machine shop utilizing advanced CNC machines, water jet and plasma tables and large horizontal and vertical milling machines.
Summary/Objective
The Receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front lobby.
Essential Functions
- Answer phone and direct calls.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Greet visitors and employees.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and janitorial supplies.
- Assist the HR department as needed.
- Assist the Accounting department as needed.
- Willing to learn and perform other tasks and duties as needed.

- Ability to provide courteous and accurate information to co-workers and visitors by telephone, in written form, e-mail and/or in person.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
