What are the responsibilities and job description for the digi mkt mgr position at Pulsejobs?
This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for sports and/or entertainment and loves the both the creative and strategic sides of marketing. This position will be accountable for driving brand campaigns as well as digital marketing efforts to reach new demographics and develop new collectors. The right candidate will have proven digital marketing experience including proficiency in digital metrics and measurements. The position is a full-time, in-house position based from the company's headquarters in Carlsbad.
Digital Advertising
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Develop brand campaigns, evergreen product campaigns, event pre-promotion and educations and awareness campaigns.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, including A/B testing.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Work closely with product and marketing coordinators to create campaigns and excitement that supports product launches and sales
Collaborate with Social & Content Marketing manager to develop content for paid campaigns and boost successful organic social content.
Website
Develop website strategy, customer journey
Plan, manage and deliver content
Maintain website information to ensure up-to-date and correct and links all active and directing to correct locations.
Email Marketing
Develop email marketing strategy, content and coordination which includes but is not limited to; database growth, lead generation, and automated campaigns.
Reporting
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) specifically including Google Analytics reporting
This position will interact closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Managers, Community Coordinators and Product Managers, along with other related staff members and key external parties.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCEBachelors Degree with emphasis in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
4 years of experience overseeing digital marketing strategy
Expert knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
Proven experience in copywriting, content planning and creation
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
